Y2K perfume by Sophie Meier × Caroline Ventura

The Y2K perfume is inspired by Sophie Meier’s unforgettable 2000s era. This scent captures the essence of teenage life with notes of sweat, smoke, hopes and dreams. The fragrance also includes the sweet aroma of sun-kissed roses, the warmth of cinnamon, and the zesty tang of an orange.

Artist Caroline Ventura has created a unique object out of each 100ml flacon, celebrating variation and diversity. She placed stickers reminiscent of the 2000s on the bottles and then dipped them in resin.

The artist works from a collection of symbols, going from stickers she collects since childhood, to tags photographed in the street. This protocol then offers her the space to play and observe colors, forms and materials combinations through painting and drawing. Her main themes are: subjectivity, diversity, the city and the subconscious.
