enSoie founder Monique Meier designed two different silk prints for enSoie. She was inspired by the rich variety of myths and stories revolving around the apple, one of the most symbolic fruits in numerous cultural contexts. The prints are based on cut-outs, collages, and gouache paintings.
The colourful scene on the foulard is framed with a quote by German lyricist Friedrich Hölderlin („Lern im Leben die Kunst, im Kunstwerk lerne das Leben // Siehst du das Eine recht, siehst du das Andere auch.“).
The foulard is available in various vibrant spring colours.
